Please do not call my work the worst in deviantart! I work very hard just to make one small pic on here and i am very deppresed because my sister has down syndrome and is dying of a serious case of cáncer so please dont make life harder than it already is.

Since she was born she had large tumors on her legs and forehead and she is 7 years old now
